Imagine where you want to be five years from now. What do you want your life to be like? What will you be like? What will you believe? What sort of conversations will you have? How will you spend your time? How will you invest your energy and resources?
Change is part of life. We were meant for change. Sometimes we seek to create change, and other times change happens to us. Either way, you have a choice about how you respond.
Abundance means plenty. And it’s not just about money. Think: health, relationships, time, energy, beauty. Your body wil let you know whether you’re letting abundance flow in your life.
What I’ve learned from my own journey and from the journeys of my clients is that the balancing act gets easier and answers become clearer when you prioritize self-care. There is power in making your wellbeing a priority, filling your cup, and only then giving from there.
Thoughts are powerful. The problem is that most thoughts are out of our awareness. Still, your thoughts are creating your reality. Change your thoughts, change your life.
Motivation is externally-driven, and can be positive or negative. Inspiration, on the other hand, is internally driven and is always positive. It lights you up inside and gives you energy. When you’re inspired and keeping your focus on what you want, beautiful things begin to happen.
